Job Description

Lead Generation

Calling new leads generated through marketing, portals, and referrals.
Working on Next Action Date and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Qualifying customers based on project eligibility criteria.
Meeting the defined turnaround time (TAT) for handling inbound and outbound enquiries.

Lead to Walk-in Conversion

Generating site visits for Ashar projects as per internal guidelines.
Coordinating with the sales team for scheduled visits.
Achieving monthly targets for site visit generation and lead conversions.

Call Quality

Following the latest calling script and project guidelines.
Maintaining clear, confident, and polite communication with customers.
Strong convincing skills with effective objection handling.
Ensuring professional and customer-focused interactions.

Qualifications

Candidates with excellent communication skills and relevant telecalling or real estate experience are welcome even if they are 12th pass.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email) required.
