Presales Executive

pre-sales executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements related to

  recruitment, staffing, RPO, payroll, and HR solutions

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Prepare and share

  proposals, service decks, commercials, and quotations

• Coordinate with recruitment teams to assess feasibility, timelines, and pricing
• Assist in responding to

  RFPs / RFQs / tenders

  related to HR services
• Support sales presentations and client discussions with relevant data
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and follow-ups in CRM
• Ensure smooth handover of clients from pre-sales to sales/account management
• Track proposal status and follow up for closures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2+years of experience in

  pre-sales/inside sales/business development

  within an

  HR consultancy or recruitment firm

• Strong understanding of

  recruitment lifecycle, staffing models, and HR services

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  

Preferred Skills:

IT / Non-IT recruitment, RPO, or executive search
