Presales Executive

Job Description

Job Overview: As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, introducing our products/services, and generating leads for the sales team. Your primary goal will be to set up appointments or qualify leads to support the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists. Introduce the company’s products/services and explain their benefits. Engage potential customers in conversation to identify their needs. Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and drive interest. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
