Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and data mining.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers (C- Suit executives)
  • Identify customer needs and pitch suitable solutions.
  • Conduct initial product introductions and schedule demos/meetings for sales managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
  • Follow up on leads to convert them into potential opportunities.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and target accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence and persuasive ability over phone calls.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Prior experience in cold calling or tele-sales will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in B2B healthcare sales or cold calling will be an advantage.
  • Good hold on English.
