Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification & Calling

  • Call all new enquiries assigned daily within defined timelines.
  • Ask structured qualification questions regarding:
  • Property type & location
  • Budget range
  • Handover/possession timelines
  • Scope of work (2BHK, 3BHK, villa, etc.)
  • Design preferences and readiness to start
  • Identify seriousness of enquiries and qualify them into leads.
  • Maintain high call-connect & follow-up discipline.

2. CRM Management (Zoho CRM)

  • Update every call in Zoho CRM with accurate notes.
  • Maintain lead hygiene by avoiding duplicates and keeping statuses updated.
  • Track daily conversions and share MIS reports as required.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to W2H processes.

3. Monthly Targets / KPIs

  • Deliver a minimum number of qualified leads per month.
  • Achieve minimum connect ratio, follow-up consistency, and lead quality score.
  • Maintain a strong enquiry-to-lead conversion rate.
  • Zero tolerance for missed updates in CRM.

4. Customer Experience

  • Create a positive first impression for customers calling WallsToHome.
  • Handle objections politely and confidently.
  • Redirect high-potential prospects immediately to Sales Managers.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
  • Confident and clear telephone manner.
  • Ability to ask questions, listen actively, and communicate value.
  • Good understanding of customer behaviour.
  • Basic knowledge of home interiors preferred (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work with CRMs (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
  • Strong discipline, consistency, and willingness to learn.
  • Experience:

    0 to 3 years in tele-calling, pre-sales, customer service, inside sales, or similar roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

System Requirements (Work From Home)

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
  • Laptop or desktop with good audio quality.
  • Quiet workspace for calling.
  • Availability during business hours: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM (Tuesday to Sunday).
