Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer based in Mumbai. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in the integration of AV solutions. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, preparing technical proposals, collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies, and ensuring the security and functionality of integrated systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Integration
• Experience in Presales and Sales
• Understanding of Security systems and protocols
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the AV industry is a plus
