Job Description As a Pre-Sales Executive at Neo Decors, your main responsibility will be to handle high call volumes, reaching up to 100 calls per day, in order to identify and generate potential leads. Your proactive approach will be crucial in engaging with prospective clients and understanding their basic requirements to qualify leads effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing qualified leads with the CRM team for further follow-up and coordination, as well as scheduling meetings between clients and designers. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, a persistent attitude, and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the business through efficient lead generation. Keeping a daily call and lead report for internal tracking purposes will also be part of your routine tasks. Your role as a Pre-Sales Executive at Neo Decors will play a key part in driving the company's success in crafting inspiring and functional spaces for our clients across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.,
