As a Presales Consultant ESG, you will play a crucial role in supporting business development and client engagement efforts by leveraging your ESG knowledge and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver compelling solution presentations, demos, and proposals. - Working closely with the sales and solution teams to design appropriate solutions based on client requirements. - Delivering product demonstrations, functional walk-throughs, and tailored client presentations for ESG solutions. - Mapping customer pain points to product features and creating Presales documentation such as proposals, RFP responses, and solution decks. - Staying updated with evolving ESG regulations and reporting frameworks like CSRD, GRI, BRSR, IFRS S1/S2, and TCFD. - Building and delivering ESG solution walk-throughs tailored to industry verticals and regulatory landscapes. - Assisting in responding to RFPs/RFIs, building solution documentation, and creating ESG-related Presales assets. - Staying current with ESG trends, disclosure mandates, and industry best practices. - Partnering with product and delivery teams to shape ESG offerings and ensure alignment between solution design and customer requirements. - Representing the organization in ESG forums, webinars, and customer workshops. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in research and strategic support activities, including: - Conducting desk research and preparing briefing notes, white papers, or knowledge decks on emerging ESG trends, client industries, and competitor offerings. - Assisting with internal research for product positioning, market trends, or global compliance frameworks. - Developing and maintaining internal knowledge resources and reusable content for Presales and marketing teams. - Supporting the creation of case studies, proposal templates, and reference documents. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 2-4 years of experience in Presales, solution consulting, or business analysis. - Understanding of ESG principles and familiarity with reporting standards. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with Power BI or research tools is a plus.
