Presales Consultant - Cyber Security

Role Overview:

The Presales Associate supports the presales team by preparing and maintaining technical content, researching emerging cybersecurity trends, and assisting with solution documentation and presales material development. This is an entry-to-mid-level role focused on providing foundational support for client-facing activities.

Role & responsibilities

1. Solution Documentation and Technical Content Development:

• Assist in creating and maintaining technical solution documents and architectures.
• Contribute to detailed technical write-ups for RFP/RFI responses.
• Document reusable solution components and maintain reference architecture libraries.
• Support the generation of reusable content for proposals and presentations.

2. Presales Materials Development and Design:

• Create visually engaging presentation materials to support client discussions.
• Help design templates and frameworks for common client scenarios.
• Maintain and organize pricing models and costing templates.
• Assist in managing the centralized repository of presales resources.

3. Technical Research and Market Intelligence:

• Research emerging cybersecurity technologies and industry trends.
• Support competitive analysis and solution comparison activities.
• Assist in drafting technical whitepapers, solution briefs, and research summaries.
• Monitor industry best practices and help document reference architectures.

4. Presales Support and Knowledge Management:

• Provide remote technical support to the HQ presales team when needed.
• Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of solutions and best practices.
• Support opportunity qualification by preparing initial solution scoping materials.
• Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for presales workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
• Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
• Familiarity with solution design and architecture principles.
• Excellent English communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Criteria:

• Relevant Exp: 5-7 Years
• Fair working experience working on Cyber Security presales
• Good English communication skills.
• Available to join: Immediate to 30 days max
