Job Description

1.8-10 years of experience in business acquisition, strategic partnerships, and account management

within the Prepaid Cards, Gift Cards, or Gift Vouchers and Digital Payments industry.

2. Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue

growth.

3. Deep understanding of the gift card sales and distribution ecosystem across multiple channels.

4. Proven ability to negotiate and structure high-value, mutually beneficial agreements.

5. Strategic thinker with a self-starter mindset, capable of identifying new business opportunities.

6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and

presentations.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment with evolving priorities.

8. Experience in mentoring lead generation teams and driving successful sales pipelines.

9. Strong relationship management skills, with experience in handling large or strategic accounts.

10. MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution preferred
