Responsible for leading IT strategy, architecture, and project execution across digital payments (PPI, UPI, Cards), driving innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and team performance to enable business growth and operational excellence. Required Candidate profile T leader with 13–18 years in digital payments (PPI, UPI, Cards), architecture, and delivery. Skilled in IT strategy and team leadership.

• Build a robust internal framework for compliance with laws and internal policies • Develop and manage effective relationships with key government agencies and regulators • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations of India for products namely Payments And Merchant Services. keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations • Identify, implement, and support effective process and technical solutions to facilitate compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope • Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies • Manage external audits with the regulator • Provide regular feedback to internal teams and leadership, work closely and creatively with cross-functional teams with regard to potential legal risks in India, key issues, the emerging trends, and the effectiveness of compliance program operations, resourcing, and external understanding • Work collaboratively with various internal teams on matters concerning compliance with local laws and regulations; guide internal teams in development of policies and laying down of processes Qualification:- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Chartered Accountants or Lawyers preferred. • Knowledge of products and the broader fintech industry • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure • Ability to work on a broad variety of matters from complex to routine standard matters • Exercise good judgment, strong critical thinking skills, agile prioritization, Excellent analytical, advisory, effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and influential presence of mind in a rapidly changing environment.

How will you make an impact: As a Product Content Specialist I on the Digital Content Platforms team, you will play a key role in handling content for new product launches on our websites. Your work will include improving product content and images provided by our internal and external partners and finding opportunities to improve content within our authoring system. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional with outstanding attention to detail, an understanding of digital product content, the ability to balance multiple projects, and a willingness to quickly learn new tools. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and project management skills. What will you do: Work with internal and external collaborators across multiple regions to collect product specifications and relevant data/metadata to synthesize into highly structured product descriptions Ensure product data is structured appropriately and that formatting is applied to support global websites Confirm content is consistent with corporate style requirements and brand guidelines and in compliance with Legal requirements (domestic and international) Review accuracy of taxonomy categorizations to ensure products contain applicable specifications (attributes) Encourage self-service reporting by collaborating with business groups to identify and prioritize content backfill to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Communicate effectively with business partners, IT and other colleagues for on-time delivery of product content Learn and apply process improvement strategies including Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Technical Writing or a scientific field Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Access, to work with and analyze large data sets Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Familiar with content management systems; hands-on experience developing and maintaining content is a plus Outstanding attention to detail Familiar with scientific terms/abbreviations and HTML formatting Strong spelling, grammar, and writing skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong project and time management skills, including the ability to balance multiple tasks within time-critical situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to clearly convey project progress and timelines Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Relocation benefits This position does not offer relocation benefits

How will you make an impact: As a Product Content Team Lead on the Digital Content Platforms team, you will supervise the day-to-day product content authoring of a small group of content professionals with support from the US-based Content Manager. Your work will include prioritizing and managing new product content and content updates, as well as collaborating with internal and external partners to improve content health and ensure the highest level of quality. We are looking for a collaborative content professional with a strong understanding of digital product content, experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent attention to detail. To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding communication and project management skills, exercise good judgment in prioritizing team projects, and constantly seek out opportunities to improve product content performance and processes.
