Job Description (Customer Support based Voice Process): .. International Voice Customer Service Process Inbound premium opening (No Outbound Scam or Sales) Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process Ability to analyse and solve customer queries over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES & NO TARGETS) WIFI, CE & Mobility:- Telecom experience candidates will work ( International Voice process only) Need immediate joiners only. Lucrative Salary & Incentives (Rs. 5LPA Take Home + Free Pick and Drop with Security etc.) Free Pick-Up and Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy) Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Life Insurance etc. provided Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts & WFO .. Salary: Gross Annual Rs. 5,00,000 Lac Job Location: Noida Desired Candidate Profile: .. Minimum experience required :- 18 months ( International Voice process only) Graduates, at least 18 months Experienced Candidates in Voice International Process, Technical process Voice Communication Skills, Technical Knowledge, For Experienced candidates minimum 18months documented on papers Graduates in any stream B.Tech IT candidates can be fit for all the LOBs. 18-35 years of age MTech, MBA(not under regular) & MCA (or equivalent) NOT eligible Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
