Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Response to customers within the mentioned TAT
  • Build good rapport with the customers and keep updating them on the status of their requests.
  • Regular follow up with the customers on the document submission and upload the forms in the site.

Skill Set & Personality Traits required:

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

  • Must Possess Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
