Job Description

The Premier Acquisition Manager will be a key driver of business development and client acquisition strategies. They will work closely with the Business Banking team to identify and target high-value clients, develop tailored acquisition plans, and execute effective sales strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the banks growth and success.

A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business banking or a related sales role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
Deep understanding of the business banking landscape and industry trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to establish long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Lead and manage a team of acquisition specialists, providing mentorship and guidance.
Develop and implement innovative acquisition strategies to attract new business banking clients.
Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and businesses for potential acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition process, including legal and compliance.
Monitor and analyze acquisition performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
