Preferred Qualifications

As a Relationship Manager (Sales & Dealer) at Indira Securities Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to acquire and retain clients by onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships, and providing investment advisory services. You will be expected to achieve revenue targets by generating revenue through brokerage, cross-selling, and increasing trade volumes. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and coordinating with back-office operations to ensure excellent customer service. Furthermore, your role will involve business development activities such as leveraging networking opportunities, referrals, and industry events to expand the client base. You will also be required to track sales performance, revenue metrics, and client interactions to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business (NISM certification preferred), and have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in broking, wealth management, or financial services.
