About The Opportunity
Join a fast-moving consulting practice that delivers pragmatic ML and agentic AI solutions to enterprise customers. You will design, implement, and productionize predictive modeling systems and LLM-agent pipelines that drive measurable revenue, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end predictive modeling projects: feature engineering, model selection, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring for tabular, time-series, and hybrid data.
- Design and implement agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks to automate complex decision workflows and tool-calling agents.
- Translate prototypes into production services: build reproducible training pipelines, CI/CD for models, and scalable inference APIs with robust observability.
- Perform rigorous model validation: backtesting, A/B testing, calibration, fairness checks, and drift detection, and implement remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, SRE, data engineering) to integrate ML outputs into business systems and SLAs.
- Mentor engineers and define engineering standards for reproducibility, testing, and model governance across projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience building production predictive models and deploying at scale
- Strong applied statistics and ML fundamentals (model evaluation, feature importance, cross-validation)
- Hands-on with Python-based ML stack: PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost
- Practical experience with LLMs and agent frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain)
- Productionization skills: model-serving patterns, API deployment, observability and monitoring
- Experience with reproducible pipelines and MLOps practices (versioning, experimentation tracking)
Preferred
- Experience with vector search or embedding stores (FAISS, Pinecone)
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle tooling (MLflow, DVC) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience delivering end-to-end ML projects
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or related engineering roles
- Track record of shipping production ML systems and measurable business impact
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate business problems into ML solutions
