Job Description

Associate/Senior Associate - Inside Sales/Pre Sales/Lead Generation (US Market)Infollion Research Services Limited, incorporated in 2009, is a B2B human cloud platform focusedon connecting businesses with senior talent and subject matter experts for on-demandcontingent hiring and work arrangements. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive
landscape to gather insights and identify potential client needs, more on private equity, Value
Chain & consulting landscape.
  • Assist in lead generation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential
clients by conducting research, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Develop and pitch pre-sales presentations/ Email: Create persuasive and
customized presentations/emails that effectively communicate our value proposition, products,
and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales team to understand client
requirements, tailor solutions, and address any queries or concerns during the pre-sales process.
  • Support proposal creation: Assist in the development of proposals, bids, and RFP/RFI
responses by gathering information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely
submission.
  • CRM/dashboard management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions,
activities, and sales opportunities in the CRM/Dashboard system.
  • Build relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to foster
trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide product knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our products and services,
their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively articulate further to thepotential clients.

Qualifications & Soft Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (in business, marketing, or a related field)
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication & comprehension skills
  • Presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to gather industry insights and assess market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks
simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to the
company's success.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the expert network industry or experience working in a similar knowledge-based
services firm is a plus.
  • Open for rotational Night shifts as US market tapping(6pm -3am night)
