PRE-SALES SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect at our company, you will be a valuable member of our Managed Service Pre-Sales team, reporting to the Practice Director. Your role will involve developing and crafting compelling IT solution proposals for our clients. By closely collaborating with the sales team, technical experts, and clients, you will design customized solutions that precisely meet their requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering and analyzing client requirements through meetings, calls, and research. - Collaborating with technical teams to develop and document innovative IT solutions. - Creating clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations and proposals using MS Office Suite, with a mandatory proficiency in Excel. - Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. - Assisting the sales team in formulating sales strategies and presentations. - Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients and vendors throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with consideration for freshers or individuals with 0-2 years of experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. - A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new solutions. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
