Pre-sales

As a Pre Sales Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through various modes of communication including outbound and incoming calls. You will provide detailed information about available properties and their amenities, coordinate site visits and property tours for interested clients, and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties. Additionally, you will follow up with prospective clients, keep them engaged and informed, and collaborate with the Sales team to receive updates on upcoming projects. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, along with proven experience in a pre-sales or real estate sales role. A strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, have a learning attitude and be open to feedback, and be self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. The required skills for this position include patience, empathy, real estate market analysis, presentation skills, negotiation skills, lead generation, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred skills include experience in presales, calling, tele calling, tele sales, and mailing. This position offers a salary range of 4.5 to 8 LPA. Please note that candidates must be available and flexible regarding rotational shift timings, including evenings, and be willing to work 6 days a week. The job may require travel from one city to another for project knowledge.,
