Pre-Sales - J48941 Job Title:Pre-Sales Reporting To:A.G.M. Job Description. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by having knowledge on Leads Prospects. Leads generated through different sources from social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) and online prospects. Interacting with the leads generated through portal(99 Acres, Housing.com) Cold calling should be done on data to get site visit appointments Responsible for taking up inbound & outbound calls and know the customer requirement and arrange accordingly. Should have the knowledge on Operating Telephone Equipment, Automatic DiallingSystems. Should have basic knowledge on Excel for maintaining information on data Tele-callers should be aggressive and motivated to achieve their daily targets. Sales Management Responsible for providing information and guiding the customer to visit the site. Build and maintain relationships with Key customers to have more business prospects. Ensure all Operations to be done through CRM application and clientsdata to be updated into CRM. Should be expert in computers. Well groomed Should be very good in understanding and handling the call script.
