Our primary goal is to streamline transactions and deliver comprehensive real estate insights. As a Pre-Sales professional based in Pune, you will be working full-time on-site. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research, understanding the specific requirements of clients, and providing them with in-depth consultations. Your daily tasks will involve engaging with clients, presenting tailor-made real estate solutions, addressing queries, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in consulting and pre-sales activities will be valuable. Being based in Pune, you must demonstrate the ability to work effectively on-site. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are essential requirements.
