Pre-Sales Executive

As a Pre-Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to support the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. This dynamic role requires you to understand client needs, prepare tailored solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver proposals that meet customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose relevant solutions. Conducting requirement gathering sessions with prospects to assess business needs will be a key part of your role. You will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and solution documents, as well as delivering product demonstrations to potential customers. Working closely with technical teams, you will design solutions that align with client expectations. Responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with accurate and timely documentation, creating proof-of-concept (POC) solutions, and assisting in preparing cost estimates and pricing for proposed solutions are also part of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Business Analyst, or Solution Consultant role. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should also have a technical understanding of [your industry, e.g., SaaS, ERP, logistics software, etc.], the ability to prepare proposals and documentation with high attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce. A problem-solving and analytical mindset will be beneficial in this role. The job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including paid sick time. The work location is in person in Mangaluru, Karnataka, so reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required. Proficiency in English is also necessary for this position.,
