Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities. The role involves understanding client needs, preparing tailored solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver proposals that meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose relevant solutions. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with prospects to assess business needs. Prepare technical & commercial proposals , presentations, and solution documents. Deliver product demonstrations (online or in-person) to potential customers. Work closely with technical teams to design solutions aligned with client expectations. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with accurate and timely documentation. Create proof-of-concept (POC) solutions when required. Assist in preparing cost estimates and pricing for proposed solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and technologies . Support marketing activities such as webinars, events, and exhibitions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Business Analyst, or Solution Consultant role. Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal & written). Technical understanding of [your industry — e.g., SaaS, ERP, logistics software, etc.]. Ability to prepare proposals and documentation with high attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Problem-solving and analytical mindset. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Business Analyst, or Solution Consultant role.
