Pre-Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for young, energetic and confident Pre-Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves calling, engaging and nurturing potential homebuyers, fixing site visits, database management and supporting the Sales team for closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to leads generated via company marketing campaigns
  
• Explain project details, highlight key features and answer basic queries to qualify the customer
  
• Maintain lead follow-ups and ensure timely call backs
  
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with Sales Managers
  
• Update lead status real-time in CRM / Excel tracker
  
• Maintain daily calling records, site visit details & feedback received
  
• Share weekly MIS reports with team lead
  

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage)
  
• Confident in talking to customers over phone
  
• Ability to convince, pitch and handle queries
  
• Should be proactive, target-driven and eager to learn
  
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry etc.)
