Pre-Sales Engineer

CCTV/Camera Systems, IT infrastructure, ITS and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis:

  Understand client requirements, site conditions, and technical specifications for CCTV, networking, and IT solutions.

• Solution Designing:

  Propose the right products, solutions, and architectures based on client needs and company offerings.

• Technical Support:

  Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.

• Proposal & Documentation:

  Prepare technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), RFP responses, compliance sheets, and solution documents.

• Client Engagement:

  Support in client meetings, explain solutions, and address technical queries.

• Vendor Coordination:

  Interact with OEMs, distributors, and internal teams for pricing, product updates, and solution validation.

• Market Awareness:

  Stay updated with the latest technologies in CCTV, access control, networking, and IT infrastructure.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in

  Pre-Sales / Techno-Commercial roles

  in

  CCTV, ITS,Surveillance, or IT solutions

  .
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, networking (LAN/WAN), and IT hardware/software solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); AutoCAD/Visio knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
