Pre-Sales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, your main responsibility will involve meeting and discussing with potential customers to understand their needs. You will be tasked with developing product solutions and conducting product demonstrations and solution workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our products. Collaborating with sales teams is essential to tailor solutions according to customer needs, and providing technical support throughout the sales process, including drafting proposals and responding to RFPs. To excel in this role, a strong technical background, typically in engineering (BTech Mechanical), is required. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with both sales and technical teams. Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are also crucial for success in this position. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings is essential to provide well-informed recommendations and assist in the development of sales strategies based on technical insights. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a minimum requirement, with advanced degrees preferred for dealing with more complex products. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
