**Job Description:** As a Technical Proposal Writer, your primary role will be to translate client needs into well-scoped technical proposals that the delivery teams can execute efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Read and understand client briefs, RFPs, and documentation to grasp the project requirements. - Clarify technical needs through Zoom/email communications and convert them into comprehensive feature lists. - Collaborate closely with the tech team to estimate project timelines and required efforts accurately. - Prepare formal proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), pricing documents, and scope slides to present to clients effectively. - Conduct client walkthroughs and address any technical follow-up questions promptly. - Support the sales team by providing technical assistance to help in the closure of deals. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in technical proposal writing or a similar role within the technology industry. - Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical requirements into client-friendly proposals. - Strong project management abilities to estimate timelines and efforts accurately. - Detail-oriented approach to create comprehensive proposals and pricing documents. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
