Job Description

REQ-843 Pre Sales Associate (RoleCode4949):

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by working closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our data and AI services. The Pre-Sales Associate will support the preparation of RFPs, project proposals, customized pitch decks, and dashboarding proposals while collaborating closely with the technical delivery team, sales team, and other stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and client-facing skills to effectively bridge the gap between client requirements and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

: Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare high-quality RFPs, RFIs, Pitch decks for potential clients. Conduct discovery meetings with Sales team to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives. Gather and analyse client requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our data and AI solutions to prospective clients. Develop customized pitch decks that address specific client use cases. Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.
Solution Design:
Work with Practice team to gather and design customized solutions that meet the clients specific needs. Liaise with the technical delivery team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with organizational capabilities. Develop detailed proposals, including technical specifications and pricing. Conduct industry and market research to tailor solutions to major industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, E-Commerce, D2C & Retail.
Technical Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings, including data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data and AI. Assist in the creation of technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. MBA degree from top-tier institution is a plus. 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales, services sales, or similar role, preferably within the data and AI industry. Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. Good understanding of tools and technologies. Experience in preparing and delivering project documentation (RFPs, proposals, etc.). Exposure to collaborative work environments involving multiple stakeholders. Basic experience with dashboarding or data visualization solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
