Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to drive our digital advertising efforts, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and a proven track record in executing successful performance marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Advertising Strategy & Execution Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. Plan and execute paid search (PPC), display, social media, and video campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Budget Management & ROI Optimization Allocate and manage ad budgets to maximize cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Track ad spend across platforms and optimize for better results. Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining strong performance metrics. 3. Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CAC. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Data Studio to generate insights. Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations. 4. A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead generation. 5. Audience Targeting & Retargeting Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party data, lookalike audiences, and intent-based targeting. Implement retargeting campaigns to engage and convert high-intent users. 6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with content, design, and tech teams for high-performing creatives and landing pages. Collaborate with admissions and sales teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing. Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with strong ROI. Skills & Competencies Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and CRM platforms. Knowledge of A/B testing tools and landing page optimization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns. Experience with marketing automation and attribution models is a plus.
