Pre-Primary Teacher - Faridabad

The Shri Ram Wonder Years, Faridabad Sector-20A, is seeking dedicated individuals to support our qualified educators in schools. As a Shri Educator, your primary responsibility will be to infuse "fun" into the learning process and ensure that every child relishes their school journey. The ideal candidate will exhibit a deep passion for their role, possess the ability to connect with students effortlessly, and nurture a relationship based on mutual love and trust. Moreover, they should excel in facilitating a smooth transition for children from home to school, thereby fostering a joyful school environment. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with the team to achieve the school's common objectives, upholding and advocating for the school's culture, mission statement, and core values, contributing to monthly planning and curriculum enhancement, fostering positive parent-pupil relationships while catering to individual needs sensitively, actively participating in the planning and execution of school events, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians, documenting children's progress, behavior, and interests, engaging in personal development sessions for individual and team growth, ensuring the safety and well-being of students, promptly notifying the Principal of any child's illness, extended leave, or trauma within the child's family, and offering necessary support to the child and their family. Additionally, providing diverse materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and utilize in learning activities and imaginative play is crucial. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 1 year of experience in a reputable preschool, a Graduate degree, and certifications such as NTT/NPTT, Montessori, or ECCE. Key skills sought after are creativity, patience, interpersonal skills, teamwork, collaborative thinking, planning, organization, classroom and time management, effective communication, problem-solving, understanding of child development milestones, familiarity with early education curriculum and pedagogy, and basic proficiency in MS Office.
