Pre-Primary & Primary Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic activities for Pre-Primary and Primary classes.
• Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and regular feedback to teachers.
• Conduct classroom observations and support continuous improvement in teaching practices.
• Coordinate assessments, evaluations, and student progress tracking.
• Collaborate with the Principal/Head of School on academic planning and policy implementation.
• Organize teacher training, workshops, and academic meetings.
• Maintain academic records, reports, and compliance with school policies.
• Support parent communication and address academic concerns when required.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Postgraduate/Graduate with B.Ed / ECCE / Montessori / relevant education qualification.
• Minimum

  2–5 years of teaching experience

  , with

  3–5 years in a coordination/lead role

  preferred.
• Strong knowledge of early years and primary education pedagogy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in academic planning, classroom management, and teacher mentoring.
