Edudoor is looking for Pre - Primary Incharge to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Curriculum Development: Designing and developing age-appropriate curriculum and educational programs for young children that foster their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Supervision and Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pre-primary school, including managing staff, teachers, and administrative personnel Teacher Training and Support: Providing guidance, training, and support to pre-primary teachers and staff to ensure the effective implementation of educational programs and methodologies Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Implementing methods to assess and monitor the progress and development of young students, while ensuring a nurturing and supportive learning environment Parent Communication: Interacting with parents or guardians, conducting parent-teacher meetings, and maintaining open communication channels to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns Creating a Safe Environment: Ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of children within the school premises Implementing safety protocols and guidelines Resource Management: Managing resources, materials, and facilities necessary for effective teaching and learning in the pre-primary setting Promoting Positive Behavior: Establishing and enforcing behavioral guidelines and promoting positive discipline among children Collaboration and Networking: Collaborating with other educators, professionals, or organizations to stay updated with best practices in early childhood education and implementing innovative teaching methodologies
