Content Developers (Academic)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop academic content for Science, Social studies, and English subjects.
• Develop curriculum in line with current best practices and strategies in the above mentioned subjects
• Develop instructional materials including, lesson plans, worksheets, project ideas, posters, videos
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have an inspired and informed vision for the discipline
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Must have a sense of the best curricula in other countries
• Should be a specialist in one of the following subjects -- Science, Social Studies, English
• Must have developed innovative curriculum in any of the above subjects for the Middle or Elementary school
• Design engaging educational materials that meet learning objectives.
• Strong subject matter expertise in Science, English and/or social studies.

Skills Required

• Excellent lesson planning and curriculum development skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in training teachers
• Expert and creative teaching skills
• Good knowledge of practices and standards followed in different schools / colleges in India & Abroad.

Qualification Required

Post Graduate in Science / English / Social Science or related subjects

Experience Required

5+ years of experience with the above mentioned skills & expertise
