Job Description

Role Overview: As a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Sales professional, your primary focus will be on selling pre-fabricated steel structures. This will involve activities such as generating leads, developing proposals, and closing deals. Your role will require a strong understanding of the industry and effective client management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads from both new and existing clients. - Client & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors. - Proposal & Sales Cycle Management: Understand client requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. - Technical & Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of PEB products, technical drawings, and engineering concepts to provide effective counseling and solutions to clients. - Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand awareness. - Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance against targets, provide timely sales reports to management, and conduct market and competitor analysis. - Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of solutions and align on project requirements. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Experience: Previous experience in industrial sales, preferably in the PEB or steel structures industry. - Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering concepts related to pre-engineered buildings. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Sales Skills: Proven sales record, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a results-driven approach to meeting targets. - Other Skills: Capability to independently manage the sales cycle, develop market strategies, and conduct thorough market research.,
