1. Order Management / Execution: Manage the full order lifecycle, from receipt to final delivery. o Maintain accurate order summaries and progress reports. o Track order statuses and address deviations to ensure timely delivery. o Resolve delays or issues in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
2. Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure effective communication regarding inventory status, customer orders, and delivery timelines. o Act as the primary liaison between sales, logistics, and service center teams. o Drive regular meetings to review order progress and resolutions.
3. Data Management and Reporting: Use data analytics to drive operational improvements. o Generate performance metrics to assess operational efficiency. o Provide updates to management on key performance indicators.
4. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in order management processes. o Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements.
5. Customer Experience: Ensure orders meet customer expectations and contractual obligations. o Support sales teams in addressing customer queries related to orders.
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar role, preferably in a B2C/B2B operations environment.
2.Strong inclination to learn about B2B online space and product applications

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools. • Demonstrated ability to implement efficient processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Bachelors degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A Master's degree in logistics or operations management is a plus.
