Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Practice Lead - Shopify to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for leading our Shopify practice, overseeing the delivery of high-quality e-commerce solutions, and driving strategic growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Shopify practice within the organization.
Develop and implement strategic plans for Shopify projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions on the Shopify platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Shopify solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members in Shopify best practices and development techniques.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and Shopify.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in e-commerce development, specifically with Shopify.
Proficient in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience principles.
Experience with Shopify apps and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
