To support our expansion and vision of revolutionizing online entertainment for Bengalis worldwide, we are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate for the role should possess a strong focus and self-motivation, along with demonstrated experience in executing successful PR strategies. Proficiency in drafting media communications, managing media relations, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies is essential. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving, adaptability to a startup environment, and a drive to deliver results are key attributes we are looking for. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute PR strategies and publicity campaigns for Originals, Exclusive series, and movies - Create content for press releases, campaign briefs, case studies, and media Q&As - Contribute to creative engagement campaigns and stories across various platforms - Conceptualize and implement activities for premieres, film festivals, awards, and events related to hoichoi - Collaborate with internal teams to align PR plans with content, marketing, and social media strategies - Ensure consistency in company-wide communication, share best practices, and support effective media strategies - Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments in the media and entertainment sectors - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with relevant media personalities and partners - Act as the PR subject matter expert for hoichoi/SVF **Must-have skills:** - Graduate with specialization in Mass Comm/Journalism/Media & Communication, with relevant experience - Proficiency in Bengali language (reading and speaking) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Proficiency in Excel This position is based in Kolkata, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of Bengali entertainment on a global scale.,
