PR Lead

Role Overview: As the Public Relations Manager at CMR National Public School, Ekya Schools, and CMR National Pre-University Colleges, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of public relations strategies to enhance the schools" brand and visibility across multiple distinct school brands within the portfolio. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, overseeing the creation and distribution of press releases, articles, and promotional materials, and managing media relations and communication to maintain a positive public image. Additionally, you will be directing content creation for all PR communications and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of PR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of public relations strategies to elevate the schools" brand and visibility. - Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and manage all media inquiries effectively. - Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, articles, and promotional materials for key school events and accomplishments. - Monitor media coverage and manage the schools" social media platforms to maintain a positive public image. - Organize, lead, and coordinate public relations events and campaigns for smooth execution. - Direct and oversee content creation for all PR communications, including press releases and speeches. - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and admissions to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of PR initiatives. - Provide regular reports and detailed analysis of PR performance to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualification Required: - Proven track record of managing successful PR campaigns and media relationships. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong media relations and networking capabilities. - Ability to think strategically while executing tactically. - Creative and adaptable with a keen eye for detail. - Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
