PR Executive

Urban Acres Infomediatech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and articulate Public Relations (PR) Executive to manage media relations, brand communication, and strategic storytelling across its editorial, real estate, and urban development platforms. The role requires strong writing skills, media understanding, and the ability to position brands, leaders, and narratives effectively across print, digital, and broadcast media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with Urban Acres’ brand and communication objectives.
• Draft press releases, media notes, thought leadership articles, and official statements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses across print, digital, and television platforms.
• Coordinate media coverage for company initiatives, projects, events, launches, and leadership features.
• Manage media queries, interviews, and editorial placements.
• Track media coverage, prepare media reports, and analyse PR impact.
• Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.
• Collaborate with editorial, digital, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Maintain a media database and regularly update press materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in PR, media relations, communications, or a PR agency environment (experience in real estate, infrastructure, or media is an advantage).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and position stories strategically.
• Good understanding of media landscapes and editorial processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
