"Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data setsHas performed the role of Program and Project manager with strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Has credentials in any of the project or program management methodologies like PMPi, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, AgileStrong attention to detail and ability to translate details to executive views.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teamsStrong analytical mindset with ability to analyse data from various reports and provide insightsShould have experience working with large datasetsHas knowledge of resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.Has coordinated programs with different teams, cross countries, across different work diciplines and cultures.:Proficient in data analysis tools, MS Excel, Power Bi, MS PowerPointAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. Roles and Responsibilities: "An Operations PMO (Project Management Office) oversees and standardizes project management processes to ensure projects align with organizational goals, manage risks, optimize resource allocation, and maintain project quality. Key responsibilities include establishing project management frameworks and templates, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, generating reports for stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards. The goal is to improve project delivery, facilitate communication, and support project managers and teams in achieving strategic objectives efficiently. Core ResponsibilitiesStandardization & Best Practices:Develop, implement, and maintain project management standards, methodologies (like Agile or PMBOK), and best practices across the organization. Process & Frameworks:Ensure all projects follow established project management frameworks and templates, creating consistent and efficient processes. Resource Management:Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel and budgets, across various projects, monitoring workload to prevent burnout and optimize utilization. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track project progress, performance, and KPIs, providing accurate and insightful data to senior management and stakeholders for decision-making. Risk & Issue Management:Identify, assess, and help manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Governance & Alignment:Ensure projects align with the organization s strategic and operational goals, providing appropriate project governance. Knowledge Management:Document project histories, lessons learned, and best practices in a central database for future project reference and learning. Support & Guidance:Provide administrative and operational support, guidance, tools, and training to project managers and teams. Key Skills & Qualities Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.Strategic thinking to align projects with business objectives.Problem-solving and risk management capabilities.Proficiency in developing and maintaining project management processes and documentation."
