PPIC MANAGER

Position: Asst. Manger/Manager PPIC

Job Description

· Inventory planning and preparation of Production Priorities in accordance with sales forecast & sales trend .

· Coordinating with Manufacturing Plants / Third party procurement team for the procurement of finished goods as per the schedule .

· Coordination with inhouse manufacturing plants & purchase team to expedite operations to meet the demand .

· Coordinate with Marketing Department before altering production schedules to meet unforeseen conditions

• Proper warehousing and inventory control of finished goods as per the fixed inventory levels .
• Maximum utilization of warehouse facilities and to coordinate with marketing department on sales forecast trending and planning for next three months rolling.
• Preparing the procurement plan and coordinating for the PO’s with the designated team keeping in mind the production lead time to meet the demand .
• Coordination with inhouse manufacturing plants to expedite operations. Confers with Marketing Department before altering production schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• To coordinate for the physical movement of finished goods from the Inhouse manufacturing facility/Third party vendors.
• To manage the physical custody and accuracy of inventory records for finished goods.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree, M.B.A. – Operations Management (preferred)

· 7-10 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in Forecasting, Production planning, Supply & Demand Planning

· Good communication skills and knowledge of Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
