Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PPIC/Injection Moulding Engineer at ESS ESS KAY ENGG. CO. (P) LTD., located in Kapurthala. The selected candidate will oversee production planning and inventory control for injection moulding processes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to delivery schedules. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, managing machine operations, optimizing workflows, coordinating with various departments, and contributing to continuous process improvement. This role also involves troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
• Strong skills in Project Management and coordination across teams
• Familiarity with Research and Development (R&D) processes and innovation methods
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Previous experience with injection moulding processes.
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Plastics Processing Technology from CIPET or a related discipline
• Strong communication and organizational skills
