Job Summary:

Vivek Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PPIC Executive to join our Production team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and material requirement planning (MRP). The role requires excellent coordination and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Monitoring

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales orders and plant capacity.
• Coordinate and issue production programs to Own, Loan License (LL), and Third-Party (TP) sites.
• Monitor batch-wise production status, analyze daily output vs planned performance.
• Ensure timely start of production lines.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

• Plan and generate purchase requisitions for raw and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with the Purchase department for timely procurement and availability.
• Track daily inventory levels of RM, PM, SFG, and FG to ensure uninterrupted production.

Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels based on production forecasts.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory data.
• Generate and maintain stock, consumption, and variance MIS reports.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams: Production, QA/QC, Purchase, Stores, Packing Development.
• Coordinate dispatches from manufacturing sites to warehouses and ensure alignment with demand forecasts.
• Support monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.

System & Reporting

• Work on ERP systems to manage production and inventory data.
• Support implementation and training of new planning tools or system enhancements.
