About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist (English Profile) to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia) and a deep understanding of data-driven performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns for English-speaking markets on Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
  • Write high-quality English ad copies, ensuring relevance, clarity, and strong CTAs.
  • Monitor daily budget utilization, bids, and campaign performance to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Run A/B tests to continuously improve ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay updated on PPC best practices, search engine trends, and algorithm updates.
  • Identify new paid marketing opportunities to drive lead generation and brand growth.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience for English-speaking markets.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads (Bing).
  • Strong command of written and spoken English for ad copywriting and reporting.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and remarketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing PPC campaigns for travel, e-commerce, or lead generation businesses.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Optmyzr, SEMrush, or SpyFu.
