Roles & Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads platforms including Search, PMax, Shopping, and more. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to drive campaign effectiveness. Manage keyword bids, negative keywords, and audience targeting strategies for optimal performance. Continuously optimize campaigns across various dimensions keywords, placements, devices, demographics, and geographies to meet and exceed revenue and ROAS targets. Craft compelling ad copy aligned with campaign goals and target audiences. Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending and high ROAS. Analyze campaign performance on a daily basis and present actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports. Stay current with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends. Be accountable for hitting performance metrics and revenue goals driven by Google Ads efforts. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display). Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions, revenue growth, and ad performance. Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Creative thinker with the ability to test and implement innovative ad strategies.
