We are looking for an experienced and analytical PPC & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running multi-industry ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable ROI for clients. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) Analyze performance data, A/B test creatives and ad sets, and consistently improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions Create compelling ad copies, visuals (with design team), and landing page strategies Work on multi-industry accounts eCommerce, healthcare, real estate, education, B2B, and more Monitor and report campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tools Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams to align overall marketing strategies Requirements 2-4 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads Strong knowledge of campaign structuring, audience targeting, and conversion tracking Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and Canva Strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and clear communication Bonus Experience with LinkedIn Ads, WhatsApp/SMS marketing, and basic video ad editing
