We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven PPC & Paid Social Media Manager to lead and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). • Develop and execute advanced strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads, including Search, Display, and Retargeting campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads and achieve cost-efficient acquisition (CPA, ROAS).
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to reach the most relevant users.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign inefficiencies (low CTR, low conversions, overspend).
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
• Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with landing page experiences.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Contribute to scaling campaign operations as the company grows its client base.

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with high-budget accounts and delivering measurable results.
• Deep knowledge of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad formats.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Skilled in ad copywriting and landing page optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement data-driven solutions.
