Your responsibilities will include: - Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team meets performance targets and objectives. - Developing and executing comprehensive PPC strategies, including conducting thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. - Creating and managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing campaign performance and ROI. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders. - Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continuously improve PPC strategies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate PPC efforts with overall digital marketing initiatives. - Recommending innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field. - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC advertising. - Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. - Google Ads and Bing Ads certification preferred. - Experience with PPC management tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
