As a PPC Team Leader at E-vitamin, an E-commerce, digital marketing, and website design service provider, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of PPC specialists to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our clients or company. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team meets performance targets and objectives. - Developing and executing comprehensive PPC strategies by conducting thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and ROI. - Creating and managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization. - Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders. - Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continuously improve PPC strategies and tactics. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content marketing, and design, to integrate PPC efforts with overall digital marketing initiatives. - Staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in PPC advertising and recommending innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC advertising. - Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve results. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. - Google Ads and Bing Ads certification preferred. - Experience with PPC management tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
