PPC Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA goals are achieved.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
• A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to improve results.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and budget management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
